WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE?
Handmade takes time. I am quite meticulous with my handiwork.
We have a lead time of 2-3 weeks depending on the item needing to be made, unless they are ready made items, in which case, they will be sent within 72 hours (#mumlife permitting)
JuJu Hats and Mirrors have a 4 week lead time.
As always, if there are any issues, I will keep you informed.
PRIVACY AND COPYRIGHT
Your privacy is important to us, all of your information will be used for the purpose of processing your order. Under no circumstances will information be passed on or sold to a third party. All content on our website and all social media forums is owned by Wanderlust Collective and may not be copied without prior permission directly from Wanderlust Collective.
WHAT ARE POSTAGE AND HANDLING COSTS?
We offer $10 capped shipping on all orders which come with tracking.
BUT! If you wish to have your items sent via Express postage, it will cost $15, please choose this option in checkout.
NOTE: Express postage does not mean your item gets made quicker, there is a still a 2-3 week lead time. It will mean once made, that you receive your item in the mail sooner.
Please note, express postage only guarantees your item is received quickly via mail, the lead time for most products is 2-3 weeks.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Items will only be refunded if they are found to be faulty or incorrect.
If in the event that you have received a faulty item, contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the item and photos will need to be sent to us via email.
We may request the item to be returned in order to replace the item/s (the new item will not be sent UNTIL we have received the faulty goods, keeping in line with major retail stores)
Please be aware, our items are NOT toys but are made for decorative purposes only. Whilst all care has been made to ensure that these items are made securely, please ensure they are hung out of reach of small children and not over cots or beds.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be able to be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact me at email@example.com to discuss any issues with your order.
